Literally see no problem with it. It makes sense.
Want a stronger version of your favorite exotic? Invest in it and upgrade it again to obtain that extra damage/defense.
You shouldn't get a stronger version just by simply going to a vendor and buying it/trading it in already fully upgraded. You want it, you work for it.
Too many kids in this game want everything spoonfed to them. You guys are doing right.

Most of us don't want that. Most of us want a 4th damage tier that requires the same amount of experience as a reset but let's us play with our exotics and the perks. I don't mind the grind but make it about what is upgraded. Not about grinding the same perk.

You want it, you work for it." My system makes everyone level the gun up from the start. This new system allows for people to get the upgraded damage numbers immediately. So who wants what spoonfed to them?
