Anyone Else Sick and Tired of Playstation Exclusives?
'Cause I sure as hell am. I mean, I realize that Playstation deserves some love in terms of special treatment in some games, but for Christs sake, this is ridiculous. Playstation gets multiple exclusive maps, a new exclusive strike, and 3 -blam!-ING EXCLUSIVE EXOTIC WEAPONS! And the cake topper, Xbox gets it too... but not for another full year. WHY? Instead of teasing us with having to wait so long to give us access, give US exclusives! That would be better. But you would have to make it AWESOME. Make the stupid PS users jealous of OUR exotics.
Anyway, that was my daily rant. I'm done now.
EDIT: Ok, for God's sake, I'm not trying to act like a crybaby here. All I'm saying is that I, personally, am frustrated. Holy crap, I know I sound stupid now, but I wasn't trying to. Jesus.

1 ReplyA lot of games have timed exclusive content. We've had content before Playstation many times before. This time they get it and it's no big deal. At least it will be fresh for us when we do get it.

We now know to hold off on Destiny 2 I will wait until its bargain and dlc is discounted when the exclusive's time ends i'll be ready to play...:) but knowing me ima sucker and will probably pre download the game even though I rarely play hopefully the dlc's I've already paid for keep me interested in this game :)

It's what us PS users are paying for. Now online is no longer a free service, Sony are using the money they make from our subscriptions to secure exclusive content and games. Microsoft don't seem to be as forth coming to secure the same amount of content, but then again you do have Titanfall and Halo.

Think of it this way. Microsoft didn't care enough about their customers to pay for the exclusives. So if I was an Xbox customer I would be focusing my frustration towards microsoft. I never see that - it is always directed towards Playstation.

1 ReplyEveryone is misunderstanding - EVERYONE is paying for the Crotas end dlc, but Sony paid extra to let ps owners have a little more for free....YOURE NOT PAYING FOR DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF CONTENT, you're paying for the same amount... Also note that it is a timed exclusive, just be grateful that it's not permanent, AND if you have problems with it still, take your anger up with Microsoft, they are the ones who refused to pay extra.... Rant over! :)

3 RepliesThat's what you get for buying the obviously inferior gaming system. ;3 not to mention Destiny announced playstation would have exclusives long before the game released. You still bought it. You guys had halo for years without us getting to enjoy such series unless we bought another system. Microsoft gets cod content first usually. So quit complaining that we finally get exclusives for once. Sony paid for it. Microsoft didn't. Not to mention Microsoft stole Tomb Raider which I'm hella salty over. So go cry elsewhere.

THE DIVISION is coming with content first on xb1 destiny isnt that big so p.s doesnt have much to brag about guns are just guns if it were cross platform gaming it would matter but we still get to use the gjallahorn

Not really. As an Xbox Player I heard Dust Palace sucks, and Hawkmoon was the only cool thing. Plus, as a Hunter, that PS exclusive looks so nasty

All you needed, was for Xbox to pony up so dough and they would've given you exclusives. They chose to pay for CoD, Tomb Raider... Each company made their choices for "exclusive" content.

I do agree . Dungie was with the exclusives on xbox 360 with halo. I don't agree with them changing it now for the play station. I don't see why you would have those kind of exclusives that that magnitude. Maybe a little exclusive but not all these exclusives that they are getting off the first dlc
