[b] It's a MINIMUM 4 COINS CHEAPER TO JUST RE-BUY! AND NO, BECAUSE THE CHANCE TO UPGRADE IS JUST AS MUCH RNG AS XUR'S MAIN INVENTORY, THOSE 4 COINS ARE NOT THE "BYPASS RNGESUS FEE!"[/b] If you go with a primary weapon, you save ONE strange coin upgrading rather than re-buying.
