Resetting progress on already upgraded exotics is a terrible move. Now if it only got reset by be leveled less than half way, that's bearable. Any exotic upgraded halfway/to the special exotic perk should keep it's current progress. You have to remember that not ever player is a no life that can throw in as many hours as wanted like myself. A large amount of the community are people with lives, jobs, and/or families.
