That's soooooo true. If they actually cared about our feedback they would have announced this long ago. Not the week before they implement it.

ANDY not two days after they changed the "final" exotic upgrade to costing a shard. I didn't, but hypothetical fact pattern: My Last Word only has the final upgrade left to unlock. Tuesday's update allows me to finish it off with an exotic shard. If I still had my second bad juju (which was foolishly dismantled before BUNGIE announced this new economy) I probably would have dismantled it and finalized last word just to do it. Then literally one day later Bungie announces this magical NEW system which would require one Xur purchase just to get the upgrade and ANITHER shard, making that one spent Tuesday literally completely wasted. Seriously Deej, does anyone over there think? how could these changes NOT be announced at the actual same time? I would still think it sucked, but the way you did it is just stupid.

Probably because they didn't have it ready until recently...? You didn't know, so something you did in the past is irrelevant. Go forward with the info you know now and act upon it that way. That's also good life advice, btw. XD
