The exotic upgrade system should be tweaked slightly. You can only upgrade an exotic if it has been fully maxed. The cost of doing so should only be glimmer since you theoretically already used an exotic shard to max it out. Why punish players that upgraded weapons and armor by charging them to trade in the weapon and then reset the progression? Should we just dismantle all of our gear and start over?
