None of his Exotic weapons are fully upgraded. Only armor.

If you look in your own vault no yellow borders show on weapons... The armor yellow borders are random for some reason also Everything shown (weapons and armor) except hawkmoon is fully maxed Maybe next time get educated before you comment, a lot of people have made the same comment without first looking in their own vault for re yellow borders

I posted this as a "Worry about yourself, none of his exotics are maxed so he's good". I did that because of all the butthurt recently about having to restart on exotics that people have maxed. And no I guess I never saw that before. Sorry for not being "educated" and not paying attention to a minor detail that has very little significance in the game. Also I only have 11 maxed weapons because I only max what I use. Those weapons go in the vault long enough to be transferred over to another character. I guess your post was made because you're trying to feel special for getting all these exotics in a video game. If you look at an earlier post I made, I congratulated you on your luck, and mentioned that I was two exotics away from the same feat.

And if you have ever put an exotic weapon in your vault, you'll know that it doesn't show a yellow border
