Here's an idea? Let's give everyone at bungie a promotion but reset their pay scale to entry level. That sounds fun right Deej? You just need a good recommendation from your supervisor who only comes into the office once a week and only reviews employees at random and then you can start to work on your raises again. Simple.

The promotion will be worth + $23 per week for each employee, but only after they get back up from Entry Level all the way up to their current salary and then kill one of their fellow employees to get their Exotic Shard.
