[BUNGIE] Addendum on purchasing The Dark Below dlc and redeeming the EV-30 TUMBLER Sparrow

Greetings all, We've seen numerous reports on players unable to receive their Sparrows, and today received information that our description in the storefront for The Dark Below expansion is incorrectly labeled, indicating that the Sparrow is immediately available after purchase. This is incorrect as this offer and the Sparrow will officially become available starting December 9th if you have purchased the The Dark Below. The Expansion Pass that comes with both DLC packs comes with immediate access to the Sparrow. The storefront description has been corrected and we apologize for the confusion. Please know that if you purchased The Dark Below Expansion and have not received your Sparrow you will have access to it on December 9th. Again, we deeply apologize for any confusion or frustration this has caused. If you have purchased any other editions of Destiny that came with the Expansion Pass, or have purchased the Expansion Pass and cannot access your Sparrow, we have an article that can help you redeem your item: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410

  • its now feb11,2015. i bought the expansion,but still no sparrow..... could you please help me out? my son also has the expansion,and he too didnt get the sparrow. please help,we love the game,and play it many hours a day,we just want what we were promised. thanx

      • For I have destiny on the Xbox one and I redeemed the code given to me at the gamestop on base but this was way before the expansion has came out and I am wondering why I can't download the expansion of I bought bought dlcs when I bought the game I called gamestop bungie and microsoft

      • when the game came out i got the vanguard armory with it i installed it on my xbox then bought the $40 expansion pass its not telling me i have to buy the expansions pass again.

      • Dear Bungie, It won't let me add the Dlc to my cart for some reason, and it's just the dark below dlc which does this. Please help me! The money for the dlc is already on my account but it just wont let me buy it...

          • I purchased Dark Below expansion through GameStop late yesterday and just noticed the code doesn't work! WTF?!?! My ps4 keeps saying "prepaid code invalid or has been redeemed." Is it going to activate when Dark Below comes out or should I go back to Gamestop?

            • I purchased The Dark Below expansion today from Gamestop on there website. The website says the game download code will be emailed tomorrow. Will I still get the Sparrow??? PLEASE ANSWE no one has given me an answer yet.

              • I bought just the pre order dark below was so pissed i made the worker give me the code i had paid for but of course this still dosent work!? Only 8 hours left till reset and just hope to god this code will work then and on time. Otherwise ill be waking everyone at sony! I cant stand the discomfort of not knowing!                     • Is that not false advertising, I would of waited to buy it, if it wouldn't have said I get it immediately . I spent money on somthing that I did not receive, I'm very upset about this. It's bullshit and I hope for something to be done

                        • just to let you know on the psn it still says that you get the tumbler sparrow i purchased the dlc from psn and still have yet to receive mine and i have followed all steps provided by your help process to resolve the issue but still nothing your feedback would be appreciated

                            My family bought me the expansion pass earlier today for ps3 off of amazon and sent me the redeem code. I entered it in, it said it was accepted but there was no download. I've checked my transaction history, it shows up but I cannot download it. Please assist me with this. I have also yet to receive the tumbler sparrow.
