How to farm ascendant materials
Do you get ascendant materials every time you do a public event, or is it only the
first time?

The Raid and the daily missions on level 28 are solid ways to obtain ascendant materials. The public events are random - I battled through 10 throughout all of the planets and did not receive any a. materials....then again, the other day I ran 4 and was rewarded each time.
