Why do guys make female characters.

1 ReplyThis thread again? It's because we're all too scared to get gender reassignment surgery and so we pretend to be women in games to make ourselves feel better. It could also be because, rather than just creating what we see as an interesting character, we actually see all games as potential dating sims and want to trick hapless heterosexual men into flirting with us (because by playing as female characters we imply absolute consent to hit on us, virtual-hump us in the tower, and follow us around on patrol missions). Is that the kind of answer you wanted? Is it?

I don't make characters to reflect what I am in real life. I already know my life. I don't want some made-up story in it. I make my characters to reflect a 3rd person perspective. It comes down as to whether you like [i]being[/i] the character or playing as [i]another[/i] character. People do what they want. Get over it.

Very simple... I have a female character because I would rather spend hour upon hour seeing a woman rather than a man. You prefer looking at men?

11 RepliesMost of the guys who choose to play as females are latent homosexuals or pre-ops. Not that there's anything wrong with that - there certainly isn't - but that is my experience.
