i'm having the same issue

Through messaging online, I found out people cannot see me, and I couldn't see them. This seems to be happening for MANY people Cristian: I understand. We apologize for thei inconvenience _____. The reason why you are having this issus is becasue we are running a server maintanance and store update. Do not worry. I recommend you to try tomorrow. Destiny DLC comes out next week, and many players need to grind hard to get to level 30. Destiny requires poeple to meet on messageboards and search to find players...this is a big putout for players and Bungie. Thank you for help, but this is just terrible. Go to settings>PSN>privacy>settings>connection with friends>search and change that to anyone

I'm having the same problem but mine was already changed so that I could search anyone and anyone could search me. I still can't search anyone and they can't find me in search either
