I already have Corrective Measure maxed, and I got Thunderlord from the Nightfall. Which is better?

To all of you retards who voted corrective measure you clearly dont have thunderlord or havnt maxed it out
-
Edited by Fizz: 1/7/2015 12:35:13 PMWell one is arc and the others void so the their kinda used for different things. Depends on the situation.
-
I just got TL last night. Once I level it to the lightning perk I'll let you know. I do/have had the corrective measure fully leveled for a long time now though.
-
2 RepliesCorrective measures doesn't stand a chance against thunder lord. Thunder lord has higher impact, range, stability(if chosen) and reload.
-
Don't get me wrong, Thunderlord is a great gun, I just like my Hawkmoon and Patience better.
-
1 ReplyI'd say Thunderlord is better but i'd rather use my Corrective Measure so i can use a different exotic. Although it's situational
-
I already have Corrective Measure maxed, and I got Thunderlord from the Nightfall. Which is better?
Thunderlord is the best one in the game. Beats corrective measure user every time. Jolders hammer is a good second.
-
1 ReplyI don't always use heavy exotics, but when I do, I use Gjallarhorn.
-
I think many are voting without have both maxxed to compare.
-
If you need an Arc alternative, I use the zombie apocalypse from the crucible vendor. It's arc dmg with field scout and hits like a truck. I did a comparison of that and my jolders hammer on atheon and they are almost identical dps. I say Zombie apocalypse Jolders hammer Thunderlord. Go with a legendary with field scout and save that exotic slot for ice breaker/plan c/vex ect. My personal load out is Fatebringer P revenge G-horn Or Fatebringer Ice breaker Zombie apocalypse/ jolders hammer.

If you're not doing a nightfall with arc burn then Corrective Measure will be best choice every time.

1 ReplyEdited by Un1337ninj4: 12/3/2014 6:42:36 PMDepends, as it stands during the Archon Priest Nightfall (Arc burn) my Thunderlord chewed through two Sword bearing Reaver captains before they could get to me. (bear in mind this is WITHOUT the second damage increase!) During most content with not-so-beefy targets I recommend Corrective simply for the greater ammo economy, but in terms of taking out tanks Thunderlord, Jolder's, etc hold my vote.
-
Any machine gun with field scout is better then one without it for pve. Pvp thunderlord for sure but I'd probably go with a swarm or jolders just to use a exotic somewhere else
-
Corrective Measure for sure
-
2 RepliesThunderlord vs Jolders Hammer I pick Jolders Hammer everytime that way I can still use my oh so fav Hard Light
-
2 RepliesEdited by GatorSkull: 12/3/2014 5:52:09 PMJolder's hammer with fs and stability
Out of your choices, I suggest thunderlord for pvp and on atheon, and corrective measure for normal pve/ preatorian shield destroyer
-
2 RepliesThe swarm is my go to.
-
CM for the simple fact that it doesn't take up a precious exotic slot!
-
Thunderlord is definitely the more "novelty"-esque of the two, I love it.
-
Corrective measure should be switch place with thunder lord or just swap names.
-
CM for daily use. I have both it and Thunderlord fully upgraded and Thunderlord is fun, but just not as useful as cm. Without field scout it doesn't carry much ammo. Without stability it bounces all over the place. Unfortunately you have to choose between the two. Plus it takes up an exotic slot. I still enjoy using it when I can, though.
-
14 RepliesCorrective. Better stability, more ammo, and doesn't take an exotic slot.
-
2 RepliesBoth are good... but a swarm with field scout and stability are way better then both.
-
I like corrective measure, works wonders against things in the VoG Thunderlord feels like a tank though, steam rollers anything in its path. Monster. If I had to choose, corrective measure, but thunderlord will be awesome in the next raid.
-
2 RepliesCorrective, but just barely.
-
dont have either yet ):
