Since the most recent patch with Destiny Bungie stated in the patch notes that Cryptarch Rank has been basically cut in half with a higher change of receiving a legendary engram from the Cryptarch package you revive when leveling Cryptarch. since this update was applied to my game I have leveled it 3 times and am now rank 146 and have yet to recieve a legendary. Not only is that stupid, the Cryptarch reputation has been severely cut, in my opinion too much. before the update, with a nightfall bonus a blue engram have 186 reputation. now it's 93. They literally cut decoherant Engram reputation in HALF! I mean my god why such an extreme maybe 10-30% but 50% Jesus c'mon!
