Yes. There are two lots of reward opportunities from the raid weekly. If you only do the 30 you will receive double rewards but if you do the 26 you will get one lot of rewards and the second lot of rewards on the 30.

If you are asking if you can still get gear then yes you can, need to be level 27 to get into vault on hard its tecommended to get atleast 28-29 first though
