Getting real tired of PvP's stupidity.

Just as the title saids I'm really getting tired of all the BS in this game's PvP. Before I go off on my rant, I love this game to death. I've played it for like 400+ hours and I still love it. I'm a PvE and a PvP guy so I like playing the raid and occasionally the strikes but at heart I'm a PvP guy and I'll always go back to it, so what's wrong with PvP you ask? Let me answer. PvP is broken right to the damn core. There is no balance, like anywhere... At all. Bunnies effort to "balance" everything just makes other guns OP. Let me explain, they nerf auto rifles now you have people posting on the forums saying hand cannons are OP. Then ( theoretically speaking ) when they nerf hand cannons then scout rifles or pulse rifles will be OP and it just becomes a circle over and over. Also let me just say I'm fine with all these nerfs to an extent so far I've been fine and I don't find any guns OP other than the one I'll complain about: Fusion Rifles. FR's are stupid op. Their charge time is faster than nearly every guns TTK. And on top of that you can charge them behind cover and just pop up and kill someone. They have the impact of a shotgun and the range of an auto rifle. And no I'm not saying this because Xür was selling Plan C because I've hated fusion rifles since the game came out its just now a huge problem. You can choose your ideas to fix them, remove easy access to special ammo or reduce the impact they give but do something because it's literally every match that like 4/5 people on the enemy team use them, and not just use them, but use them as primary's. I'm talking running around with these things equipped 24/7 like if this alone doesn't tell you it's a problem I don't know what will. When Bungie nerfed the Vex and Autorifles they said they'd check their data to see the most used guns, hot damn, how did you guys miss fusion rifles? Lastly team balancing is garbage as hell, every game it seems you have 3000+ score and everyone else has like 850. But I won't go into it that much. And before you're in the comments saying "Git Gud" look at my profile, I'm no where near bad and if you say "just adapt" read the whole wall of text and actually try to get the problem. So yeah comment your thoughts.

  • Are the Fusions OP? Definitely, without question. What have they done? Made me better at avoiding and luring, teaching me new strategies and styles of play (I usually roll around with the Universal Remote and the Found Verdict, nothing like 2 shotguns) Its more or less issues with the levels themselves I have, and most of them are fine... now Blind Watch used to be a fun map, now its sniper/fusion central, with maybe two handy close range areas. Anyone with a sniper can go to whatever hallway they want, because the whole map is hallways now. Shores of Time tends to have fusion rifle problems too but other than that, the level really helps any strategy do good, especially scout rifles I'm getting off topic. The point is, the levels themselves are what could be customized to reduce OP instead of turning a Raid weapon drop into a child's toy. Levels with fusion rifle problems need less corners, being as how thats the main tool of a fusion rifle is the advantage to pop around corners with a fully charged shot. As far as my suggestion to deal with it for now? Angle jump alot, or use the bladedancer's teleport jump, very handy strategies for dealing with Plan C personally I've never used it myself in the Cruci, I prefer getting 30 kills with shotguns instead
