Fusion rifles are just a laser shot gun that's the gist of it and need to be fixed in order to become a different weapon

Well for one, a fusion rifle isn't a shotgun any more than it is a rifle, and secondly, semantics like that don't matter in the first place when it comes to game balance.

Its more about bringing attention to how fusion rifles work as they are right now is kinda weird It works but it doesn't work and as for the people commenting I may have to step my description on this topic a little better as many at telling me the idea is there but inherently broken I've asked many and to their approval of my idea I posted this idea I will have to rework this and explain it better. Fusion rifles are not strong by any means but the way they work can out class some forms of weaponry such as pulse rifles, auto rifles, and on occasion a shotgun.... On a side note if a fusion rifle can one hit someone out of their super it seems a little broken it does not happen all the time but it does happen to many
