The best way to level up to 20 is...
I just need some advice. Im currently at level 9.

Get a friend to run you thru story mode on the hardest allowable difficulty setting (for xp bonus). Grind each strike and "reasonable" bounty offered/unlocked along the way. ... Profit.

Bounties, bounties and more bounties

Start a class in the evening of one day. Complete all the bounties while doing story mode. Log on the next day finish story mode and the new bounties. It takes 6-7 hours to get level 20
