If you use the shotgun in crucible, chances are you suck at destiny!
Shotguns are the most talentless guns in the game. If you use them it is a clear sign you can't win a gunfight and have to resort to a gun that takes no aiming and no skill. I laugh at anyone who thinks they are good and 90% of their crucible kills come from shotguns. Congrats you ran up as close as you could get to someone then sprayed and prayed with your full auto shotgun. You're bad and I will love to continually slap you around the crucible with any other weapon from a distance because I have learned the simple technique of aiming and shooting unlike you! Enjoy being a scrub and good luck to you in the raid with your terrible gun skills :)

Played my first game with a shotgun. I see why you guys love it so much. It's effortless, never has a 4.00 k/d ever been so easy! I take back everything I said. You don't suck you just love exploiting the best weapon for crucible and until they change that I will run the most overpowered set up of

1 ReplyAll these posts are so ridiculous, I use a scout and a shotty, but who give a shit?? The point is to kill the opponents by any means. If you get killed often, get better, use different weapons and armor for different perks, but no matter how good you are or what gun you get, there is someone better coming around the corner that's gonna kill you. Too many complainers.

1 ReplyRunning like a headless chicken, blind towards the objective without any strategy always gets you killed. Players who run like I previously mentioned, die without regards of his enemies tactics or lack thereof. It is not the infinite so called "cheap" tactics, it is the lackluster display of players abilities and what they allow their enemies to take from them. In other words, if you suck, it really doesn't matter what weapon your enemy decides to wield.

I agree. My friend that never played Destiny before is going ham on kids because I set him up with a shotgun for easy kills. It doesn't take skill to get close to someone because everyone is always rushing close anyway, you just have to pull the trigger. It is funny to me when people say shotguns takeover skill than fusion rifles; at least there is timing to FR.

Only Scrubs come to the forum and complain about guns takin no skill. If you are good? you should have no problem beating something/someone so talentless. You learn,adapt,and get better. Dont get it confused. There is a big difference between complaining/crying for nerfs and making legitimate well thought out suggestions about adjustments to weapons.

Shotguns are dope and they take skills to use. I'm better with a fusion rifle but I respect anyone who can take it to the next level. Usually, that person will dominate with whatever they are into at the time. The only problem with any of the special weapons is the ease of grabbing ammo for them.

I use them sparingly and I really just get POed when someone just sits at a corner with a shotgun like COD. What else sucks is that it's strictly shotgun only in rumble as if they're primaries like Universal Remote.
