For all of you worried about the Thorn 500 void kills part of the bounty.
Don't. I am atrocious at the crucible. Occasionally I'll have kills over deaths, but that's every five games or so. I'm using a fully upgraded Atheons Epilogue and I'm slowly but surely chugging away at the bounty. Assists count towards it, otherwise I'd be in some trouble. To all of those out there who I have not been an attribute to in the crucible, I humbly apologize.

5 points for a void kill, -2 points per death.. Xyor is way more frustrating

2 RepliesIt used to be five points per kill and you lost two or three per death. Someone told me yesterday it was now two per kill and one loss per death, so they changed it.

Pssshhh, just use a void shotty and run around like a bladedancer on even more crack, also, if your a defender titan or a voidwalker warlock, your abilities count toward the points. Wait till you fight xyor, the pvp part will be a cake walk compared to that. Btw if u got atheons epilogue by the raid, then pvp SHOULD be pretty easy

Yeah, seriously. All I used was praedyths revenge and a MG and it only took about an hour to do. One of the easier and less time consuming exotics bounties in my opinion.

Its not that hard, I did it on my hunter with nothing but a void shotty and a void MG, no atheon's epilogue, I think it only took me in total time, 2hours of playing crucible, none of the crucible steps are as bad as they seem, I was worried about the invective bounty, but got that in just 2 games, though one I went nuts in, got my first relentless.

This whole bounty was simple to me. I can't understand how people have such a problem. Hell I helped a friend do his couple weeks after mine and I thought they nerfed xyor.

In most cases, the step after the void damage kills is a lot worse

Crucible is easy just use void heavies and a void fusion rifle or shotty

took me like 3 games to get mine but i was a warlock and i was rushing around with a void rocket void fusion and atheon's

I'm also pretty bad at Crucible. when I got the bounty, I grabbed the comedian. it took me a couple days, but I hit the 500. the Xyor part was brutal for me. lots of solo fails. [spoiler]not crazy about the Thorn, but I worked for it, so I'll keep it.[/spoiler]

Second time through was a breeze, ran it whilst the IB was on and had it knocked out in no time, void shotty (the comedian) plus void HMG (the swarm) is the way to go! Warlock void walker helped as well....

Took me about 6-7 games of control. Void sniper with void HMG, camp heavy ammo spawns, scummy way of playing but it gets the job done.
