The devs insist that it is faulty networking setup or router hardware/firmware failure, however, I can guarantee if you haven't consistently experienced this error since release, it's a problem on Bungie's side. Anyone else experiencing this can reset router/modem, quit and retry destiny, hard power reset, or just wait a short time and it should resolve itself.
