500 void kills in Crucible tips/advice?
I have the bounty for thron and need 500 void kills for the crucible anybody have any tips or advice for me?

1 ReplyYou don't need 500 kills its points, not sure how it really works but it's like 10 points per kill and -5 points per death or something like that

Use your void based subclass. Equip atheons epilogue (hopefully you have the stabiltiy perk) a void secondary and void heavy and now literally every kill, except none charged melee kills, will be void damage.

I just run around like a crazed person with a shotgun. You have to do really bad to not go positive.

[u]#1 TIP[/u] : Use void weapons. [b]Using void weapons will greatly increase the speed at which you complete the bounty.[/b] **On a serious note though...rumble with a few friends and trade kills. I don't think much people have Atheons Epilogue. each kill is worth 5. Each death is worth -2. If you don't have friend to trade with, you could always try sniping or shotgun rushing. as long as you have a 0.5 K/D, you should be fine.

Kill people with void weapons. Try not to die.

Get a fire team together and clash. Call out to your friends where you're at and kill them.

I did control void fusion rifle. The calming worked pretty good. I also used the truth rocket launcher. Also i did it as a voidwalker. Nova bombing a control point with 3 or 4 people huddled on it helps alot with this bounty.

I did it with a void sniper rifle. I played skirmish most of the time and just played it safe

Anything void you feel you are good with. Run around and grind it out. For a basic player it shouldn't be more than 15-20 games for average place 10-15

Void shotgun, just use your slide ability strategically, basically if an enemy is at long range re route your path, and if the run for you slide round the corner but don't aim down site hip fire it, use corners in the rooms but don't camp just move from room to room in the middle of the map in tight spaces also avoid being in one area more then 20 seconds

Edited by BeanTwenty3: 11/30/2014 1:08:33 PMI did it with just a blue un-upgraded fusion riffle just watch the radar stay with the group and catch people out of you find your team being decimated and you don't have a positive kdr then leave and join a new game Just always make sure you have a positive kdr of you go 1 kill and two deaths then That's bad as your only netting 1 point if you are going 2kklls 1 death that's fine basically play safe and smarter than usual it will fly up in no time think mine took 2hours Edit: I did mine in control Edit2: also you do not need the killing blow to be with void energy it says "deafeat gaurdians with void energy" now 9/10 you'll kill them anyway put fusion and meleeing for example still nlgets you void energy

Atheons epilogue has void and it's a primary. Combine that with a good void fusion and avoid heavy and you're all set.

Rumble with a Fusion rifle or a Shotgun and just keep your k/d at 1.0+ and you will complete the Bounty in no time that's the way I did it
