black wax idol farm?
Gonna start getting some stacks of these guys for the dlc, any good spots to farm them? I personally havent found anything since the shrine of oryx patch.

6 RepliesThe very first moon mission set it to the heroic difficulty. Kill the three acolytes then die and repeat. I personally have gotten several in a 30 min run.

7 RepliesGo into patrol on earth. Right when you spawn take a left. You will see a little building that has a staircase that leads down. Inside several level 18 Knights and acolytes will spawn kill them collect loot. Normally their will be wax. Then run back up the staircase. I usually kill the fallen at the top so by the time I run down again, the hive will have spawned.

I was farming them on the dlc missions on heroic, kill the hive majors and some will drop wax.
