Invective exotic shotgun does not regenerate in crucible
So the invective has the ability and it says "This weapon regenerates ammo over time".
My ice breaker has this same ability and it actually works in the crucible.
No where does it state that this guns ability does not work in the crucible so i should expect it to work while im running around not using it!
I am just wondering if this is a design flaw or if this is the actual way it works? It's very frustrating to see a half working gun that is an EXOTIC, and if this was the design intention at least tell us somewhere...

It does work. It just regenerates more slowly than Icebreaker.

The regeneration perk does work in PvP.

It works. It gives you the ammo directly to the clip (or whatever you call it).

6 RepliesThe ice breaker regens ammo because you can't pick ammo up. If invective regenerated ammo then you would never need to pick any up. One of the reasons you need to pick ammo up for your secondary is to limit how much you use it. It makes sense to turn off the regeneration feature.
