That is all [EDIT] Everyone has given me a fair amount of feedback on my post. I'm going to run down why I say it's the best. I'm mostly going to list Pvp reasons but it's still good for pve. 1. First I want to address the people who bring up Gjallorhorn. The first thing that I said was that I said it's the best "gun" in the game. Second thing is that any other rocket launcher can do the same thing. You hardly ever miss with rockets and the usefulness of the wolf pack rounds are very situational. 2. To those that mention the thunderlord, the J hammer basically does the same damage. The difference is that you can get more useful perks. The thunderlord hardly gets to take advantage of its special perk because your not going to be firing the gun long enough to trigger it. The other problem with the thunderlord is that it takes up an exotic slot. It's not good for heavy ammo to do that because you don't get to take advantage of the exotic until you get ammo. It's better used for a primary/special since the ammo is consistent. 3. For those that argue about the corrected measure being better. My argument is that their are several ways to be insta killed in pvp. With the amount of ammo that you give, I would get 3 or 4 clips from killing you. You don't get nearly as much with the Jolders hammer. Another thing is that the J hammer can make use of a small amount of ammo. If you pick up 8 bullets with the corrective measure, you might be able to kill one person. With the Jolders Hammer, you can get 3-4 kills easy. Also with the right upgrades, you can 3 shot people with body shots. Not that you need to aim for the body because the weapon has really good stability for those long range encounters.
