The Vex technology and the black garden's hearth would lead as to new technology? Maybe a black hole gun as heavy weapon? :)
I just wondering...the ghost figured out the vex sharing one mind, thats why react so fast. We destroyed the black garden's hearth, probably the mastermind. Why not turned the vex to mindless killing machines? Or even why we cant controlled it?

Yeah the Vex don't all think the same, that better resembles the Geth form Mass Effect where the more there were around each other the greater they could process things. The Vex on the other hand have tiers of command,with the goblins/hobgoblins being foot soldiers and then harpies being scouts, Minotaurs aren't even meant to fight they were made to build things. but anyway the Vex majors/ultras that go by Axis Mind dictate what the other vex do so that they can better control the situation, then there are Gate keeprs and so on, but the Vex simply follow orders form one higher power to the next to keep things orderly
