Some thoughts: - Why did you buy a game involving guns if you're concerned about the theme of death? - The main theme of the game is light vs darkness. Why wouldn't the enemies be the antithesis of light? - Rituals are not inherently religious or evil. Most people have a daily ritual. - The only previously occult symbols are the geomantic patterns they use for planets and moons. Bungie does not use them in the manner of occultists or Satanists.
