the official TV/MONITOR MLG will be using this year?
If so, can you post your review on the model.
Thx!
Posted by: Paper Chacer here's a link to the unit: http://www.onsale.com/shop/detail~dpno~7351387~descr~ViewSonic-222+DiamaniDuo+720p+Widescreen+HDTVfLCD+Combo+with+Built-In+ATSCfNTSCfQAM+Tuner.aspx
That TV is 720p. Viewsonic lists it as being native resolution of 1050. Old model? http://www.viewsonic.com/products/lcdtv/NX2232w/index.htm Scrolling down to the specs section on Viewsonic's site shows it as taking 720p/1080i input. [Edited on 04.17.2008 12:06 PM PDT]

Who cares? It doesn't mean that it is better. It just means that Viewsonic paid MLG some money. Fail. Anyone who falls for advertising or sponsorship based on those alone... There's no help for you. [Edited on 04.17.2008 12:00 PM PDT]

I don't, but cool, I didn't know they had a specific monitor. I gotta try those headphones they use! They look sweet and probably sound great!
-
haven't tried one, I imagine games look pretty nice on them, and I doubt there is any lag on them since they are used for MLG tournaments.
-
so nobody has reaLLY tried one?
-
5 milisecond response time :-( too much for me. I'll stick to my regular TV.
-
go to best buy..they got it ( i work there)
-
any lag issues?

Just get a 24" Pivot Samsung Monitor. Works fine for me and has full 1080p. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001263 Great detail on 1080p looks better than my regular TV!
