I feel your pain....but, here's some advice. Someone already mentioned saving up your vanguard/crucible marks and purchasing purple armour. That is a way forwards. Make sure to upgrade your armour (increases stats with each upgrade, including light lvl points). This should bump you to 27, if not 28. Than raid/buy an exotic piece, and you should hit 30. As for blue engrams, happens to us all. And yeah, we're on xbox one, hiy us up and well help you out.
