Stop with all this fake lvl 30 real lvl 30 crap.
If you're a real lvl 30, you need to know how to use the shield. If you don't then your the fake lvl 30.

But RNGesus has blessed me with all raid gear without ever touching shield I am legit 30 scrub /sarcasm Whenever I see threads like this I always wonder "Who doesn't know (insert some mechanic here)?"
