I'm sick and tired of people complaining about how OP bladedancer hunters are when the more than likely know nothing about how hard it is to play it. We have the longest health recovery time, the worst melee, and the 2nd worst super. The only real advantage we have is blink and even then we're not the only ones with it (When we really should be). Our arc blade defence was nerfed by 75% so we can't run into a crowd of two or more without freaking out about where the other person is, go up against someone with an invective, or someone with with their super. I'm not saying give us all of our armor back but at least some of it. We don't stand a chance against most supers without it.

Mad cuz bad.

Edited by TheMasta21090: 11/23/2014 2:22:55 PMI've been dying a lot less from every classes super in general. That's also in the IB though. But the past two days I've narrowly escaped like 3 fist of havoc and a couple of the warlocks supers. But I still can't out run a blade dancer. The only chance is running up behind them while they are slaughtering everyone else and pop fist of havoc if I have it.
-
It wasn't nerfed, it's just IB. When I play as a 30 in IB it's the same. It's the level difference, something they actually did right.
-
Blink was invented by the warlocks. I have boots that say "warlocks taught the hunters to blink"
-
I don't think Bladedancer need to be nerfed - I just try to get the hell out of their way or yell out their position so no one else on my team will be annihilated.....after my guts have been spilled and I lay in a pool of bile and blood wating to respawn.
-
Actually hunters learned to blink from warlocks. Stated in the game. Git gud
-
Hunters learned Blink from Warlocks if I'm not mistaken. So Warlocks should be the only ones with it :P
-
I've said it a hundred times. Hunters get absolutley no love when it comes to gear, grenades and supers. Yet everyones a whinny __s little ___ch because someone beats them when they dont know how to counter it. Its also called a "Super" for a damn reason.....well not so super anymore. Damn crybabies ruined the Bladedancer.
-
Lol hunters learned how to blink from warlocks its in the game.
-
I don't understand this post. Bladedancer is the only class I have ever witnessed wiping an entire team if 6 in the crucible. They were not all together and he had to track them down, but he got all 6 none the less. What other super can wipe an entire team? Just be smart when you use it. Don't use it as a defense mechanism like some do; take damage until almost dead and activate it expecting invulnerability...
-
I -blam!-ing detest bladedancers. Gunslingers too. But mostly bladedancers.
-
Troll or moron, I can't tell Regardless every class has strengths and weaknesses because well that's the point. Not everything is meant to be equal and the same otherwise the game would be pointless so get over it and stop crying about stupid shit

Edited by Otz Chieem: 11/24/2014 7:55:14 AMI have a warlock and a hunter and I used to think warlocks are overpowered, they are but.... After playing a warlock I realized that hunters were underpowered especially when it comes to gunslinger. There are so many different things to talk about with the buffs they need it isn't even funny. With blade dancer there needs to be a fix with the super that when you turn it on like how when you use golden gun if you get killed before you can move you lose your super which does not happen for any other class, that needs to be fixed before we can talk about any other buff for blade dancer if it is even needed. The reason why I say that is because there is an exotic helmet that helps out blade dancers which is probably what makes people think blade dancers are op. Now for those people trying to tell this guy that blade dancer shouldn't be able to clear out an entire team.... Uhhh I started crucible when I hit level 15 with void walker and stayed there till 20 because I completely wrecked all the 25+ players without even having half my skills. See what I did was I used my super and killed an entire team practically every time when we had 2-3 control spots. So for you retarded players that think that your other class isn't stronger... Sorry to say it but it is, but I will only say that warlock is slightly overpowered titan is fine and hunters need to be buffed. I am not biased this is just a straight up fact.
-
I agree. It pisses me off that titans are un killable during foh but we can get killed in 1 shotgun shot during our super
-
Our grenades suck so bad. Our melee sucks balls
-
Wait, what? We got nerfed?
-
Op May be referring to the first patch released a lot of the blade dancer abilities were nerfed while everyone else got slight buffs
-
It was nerfed? When did this happen? I don't use Bladedancer but that's pretty ridiculous if it was.
-
Mmm...the tears are delicious
-
Nope it wasn't when they use there super they can still get you, even though you jump away to avoid it.
-
Blink strike is incredible. Bladedancer can be clutch. Agility confuses enemies. And you can buff whatever stats you like just like the other classes. Perhaps the hunter class isn't for you.
-
That moment when you find out that the top 30 people in Super kills are all hunters. It didn't get nerfed btw. And it is nowhere near terrible. Arc Blade has the best killing potential out of every class. Yes it's not that difficult to kill, but it's very strong. Titans and Warlocks have strong supers, but people HAVE to be grouped in order to get a multikill with it. (sunsinger has a 1hit melee while radiance is active, but can pretty much only use it once per supercharge.)
-
That's laughable. My bladedancer still shreds enemies
-
It was not nerfed. Iron Banner is why it feels like you have less health. Well, you don't just feel like you do. You actually do. It's levelled out in the Crucible, so it allows you to take more agro.
-
No evidence of that when I encounter it. I get my butt kicked.
-
we also have by far, the poopest grenades....
