best way I've found to farm glimmer
Here is the best way I have found to farm glimmer, all you need is ether seeds and preferably a sniper rifle. About 440 glimmer a minute and you don't have to move.

17 RepliesBest way to farm glimmer is to just play the game ,Strikes ,Patrols anything just add the correct consumable and go kill baddies . Anywhere . Glimmer is the easiest thing to collect . There should be no need at all to actually go farm it . Mine is at 25,000 almost constantly. You can't spend it quicker that you can earn it

By my calculations that's 330 glimmer a minute and 19,800 an hour. Not bad.

Got one better in my opinion requires moving a lot but I like it better cuz I feel like I'm actually playing rather than farming. First mission on Mars "the exclusion zone" very beginning there's a checkpoint the first time you see cabal play it on lvl 18 (heroic modifier on so a lot of majors). You just kill all of them in the first and second ship except 1 (don't kill the last or you get checkpoint). Then kill yourself or let the last one kill you. Once you get it down it takes only about a minute or less to get all of em and the majors (yellow bars) are worth a lot
