Trying to figure out if the issues are more prevalent in one console than others.

After 3 weeks of disconnects and caterpillar I got my Comcast equipment swapped out, same Technicolor model but iv been on for 2 hours now with way better connection. The tech said sometimes with the cheaper models they don't apply firmware updates correctly which can cause what we ( me anyway) were going through. I called Comcast last night and had it changed in <24 hours so if you haven't tried that it's a worth a shot. Doesn't cost anything either.

4 RepliesIv noticed a lot of people suffering from the error plague are Comcast users using that Technicolor modem. Not all but quite a few. Myself included

Certainly seems to be worst on Microsoft consoles

Maybe do a poll as to what internet service is being utilized as well?
