We are aware of the issues some players have encountered when searching for their Sparrow and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. Where do I get one?[/b] The EV-30 TUMBLER is a brand new Sparrow currently available to players who have purchased one of the following Destiny products: -Destiny Ghost Edition -Destiny Limited Edition -Destiny Digital Guardian Edition -Destiny Expansion Pass (Contains The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions) -Destiny Expansion The Dark Below (This offer, and Sparrow, will officially become available starting December 9th, 2014) If you have any of the above Destiny products, starting on November 18th, 2014, you will receive a special package from the postmaster. [b]This package will be sent to the first character you logged in with on that day. [/b] [b]I’m having trouble finding my Tumbler Sparrow in-game.[/b] The Sparrow is available at the Postmaster on the first character you log into after purchasing the Expansion Pass. Once you redeem the Sparrow, it will be available for all of your characters. [b]I purchased the Expansion Pass while playing and can’t find my Sparrow.[/b] You may need to log out of Destiny and then log back in. [b]The Sparrow is not at the Postmaster on any of my characters and I've been patient. Is there any other step I can take?[/b] If you are unable to find the Sparrow from the Postmaster, you may need to restore your licenses. Please follow the link below for instructions on how to restore your licenses. [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Accessing licenses on all platforms [/url] [b]I own the Digital Guardian Edition on the Xbox One and the Sparrow isn't showing up.[/b] You may encounter an issue where you aren't properly being awarded the Sparrow. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue. -Press the Xbox button to go to the "Home" screen -On the running Destiny title, press the Menu button and select "Quit" -Navigate right to the "Store" screen -Select the "Games" option on the "Store" screen -Navigate down to "Search" -Enter "Destiny" in the search box and hit enter -Navigate right to "The Dark Below" title and select it -Select "Install" and wait until your installation is complete -Back out to the "Home" screen and relaunch Destiny -Return to the Tower and collect the Sparrow from the Postmaster [b]I own the Digital Guardian Edition on a Sony console and the Sparrow isn't showing up.[/b] You may encounter an issue where you aren't properly being awarded the Sparrow.   • None of this worked. Lots of people still don't have their in-game item and have done everything on this FAQ correctly, checked special orders, and did purchase before the 15th! BUMP

  • I was redirected to post in this thread after encountering issues obtaining my sparrow. I have followed every step in the help threads ( in regards to licensing, reinstall etc etc), as well as all suggestions from other people. I have not yet been able to find a fix for this, nor have i been able to contact bungie to obtain some help. I bought the expansion pass when destiny was released too.       What a rip off, we should sue these bitchs, we are more than enough to sue them, in the PS store it is promised that if you buy the expansion you will get the sparrow, I bought it and still did not get it, I haven't deleted any character, they rip off people, and it's against the law to advertise something and then we pay for it and at the end, we don't get what was promised, their replies are so cold and ridiculous , they should either make a refund or give us the sparrow, dumb idiots thinking of money only.

      • Beat the deadline for the purchase of the expansion pack and still not getting sparrow to show up... I cant think of a time I was not given an item in game after a purchase, guess my luck has run out. Pretty sad people still have this problem with this company.

        • I deleted my original character of Hunter only a day or so after the game was originally released. There is no sign of a sparrow so far and I'm ps3 psn Martianluther Can you advise as to how I will receive my sparrow? Thank you. Digital Guardian Edition

          • Well then, it seems I'm definitely not the only one dealing with this! My expansion pass and Dark Below are [i]installed[/i], confirmed on my PS4 library list. No Tumbler received at all, and everything to do with the expansion content says "expansion required"... Even though it is absolutely installed. And I've restored licenses several times.

          • I have the Ghost edition ( midnight launch ) Redeemed all codes including season Expansion few days later Last login date was in October Logged in last night and claim Christmas gift from postmaster....no EV-30 Tumbler / Tess does not have it either. I have tried every single "fix" from Bungie and got nowhere, reinstalled the game, with DLC update again even restored licences several times with no luck. Iv supported this game from the beta really don't want to get screwed over on this so please fix this so everyone as well as me can get what we have been promised.

              Done everything from this post and still missing the tumbler,I own the vanguard armoury edition and bought the expansion pass on vanilla launchday

                • I just downloaded the expansion pre-order from the PSN, logged out, restarted, restored licenses, came back in have check all my guardians....still no sparrow! i see a lot of people refering to this in Nov, but am i the only one dealing with this still? please help!

                      • I bought the expansion pass for Xbox 360 a few days back. When I logged in, I got mine from special orders for 5 glimmer. I can get the sparrow on all my characters. Dunno if this helps.

                        • I have the Digital Guardian Edition for the PS4. I have tried the above steps to no avail. When I navigate to the PS Store entry for the expansion pass it still has it listed at full price. Should this say I have already purchased it? This is very frustrating.

                        • My destiny disc came with the ps4 and I bought the expansion pass two days ago from the same store and I just found out that the countries dont match because I live in holland so I bought the dutch expansion but the copy that came with the ps4 is probably american or from the uk. Pls can someone help me to fix this
