Light 30 should only be available from Raid
I've worked hard at VoG to get to 30 and now u can get +30 gear from Iron Banner. Doesn't seem right. When the expansion comes out with new raid, is there a point in doing it? Or should I just wait till Iron Banner type event happens and get gear from there?

You dont think we work hard to get to level four in iron banner, this game is supposed to be a mix between pve and pvp so if they didnt give lvl 30 gear for ib then pvp players will forever be stuck at lvl29

21 RepliesI think that what the OP is complaining about is the fact that PVE didnt get anything like this. A whole lot of PVErs have been asking for a raid token shop for a long time now. Its unfair to the PVE population that only PVPrs get a special event to help them hit 30. They should have made the queens stuff get you 30 as well.

I think you're more mad that you had to pray to RNG Jesus to get to level 30 when PVPers just had onto pray for one raid piece. (Chest or helm) I have no complaints. Let them buy it. I'm more pissed I played until I could buy my iron banner boots then completed the raid to GET boots! So stupid!!!

4 RepliesThe Iron Banner gear takes work. I started the Banner this time at level one (most people just resumed). I worked all the way to 4 while doing school work and taking care of my sister's kids when they were in town.

IB gear offered me stats that balanced out I/D/S without having to play the RNG game for a third set of raid gear. First if the gear dropped, then if it had a stat that didn't skew one way or another...

Light 30 should be available through all legendary armor pieces.. Vanguard and crucible armors are pointless stepping stones.

You are forgetting the reason level 30 gear was added for Iron Banner. At the time the first IB was released, the players that we level 30 then had no řason to participate due to the fact the armor was useless Now all players have a reason to play.

Yeah if you want to wait till the next dlc is almost out you could just not do the raid but really stop whining, the RNG made a lot of ppl 30 way to easy and now instead of having to play with no skill 30s I have a chance to play the new raid with a whole lot more people. And FYI the no skill 30s are the ones who only had to do a very small amount of raids to get their gear

Not every one can do raid including me so the iron banner was my one chance. We still had to work for it.
