i purchased raid boots from IB, did not receive, but took my glimmer
i purchased rank3 t2 boots with all my glimmer, lord saladin took it but did not receive boots in my inventory, but he took my glimmer :S wtf this a bug? not in postmaster vault or inventory

If the situation was true, make a thread in the Help section of the Forums. Bungie would be able to check your account (since everything is on their servers), and if it shows you paid the Glimmer and received nothing, then they should be able to gift you with the Boots. However; if your account shows that you bought the Boots and accidentally dismantled them, then you're screwed. They don't award things back for user error, otherwise I'd have at least four weapons back in my possession. lol But go to the Help Forums. They're your best bet right now.

You need to have completed the raid on hardmode to allow you to buy stuff.
