I don't know about respect on a serious way, but IRON BANNER SEPARATES THE MEN FROM THE BOYS.
In terms of actual IB vs Raid armor, I think Raid armor wins in usefulness and (debatable) looks. Also very disappointed there isn't IB gear with Hand Cannon perks
