I'm sure the majority of 1 piece lv30 ib gamers are just desperate to get to lv30, they have probably be screwed ovet by RNG but I can tell you now if the raid piece finally drops for them they will be ditching the ib gear straight away.

I 100% expect that after I get my IB boots that my raid boots will drop instantly. That said, the hunter raid boots look stupid to me, so Im happy to have an ⌥.
