Difficulty of Devils Lair nightfall?
I constantly hear that people say devils lair is impossible On nightfall.
I disagree. How hard is it for you? Can you solo it?

Easy if you Titan Bubble and arc burn him down. Can do it from the middle under where Sepiks is at the start of mission.

Solo'ed it on my 29 warlock and 28 Titan, then did the weekly. Trying to level my Hunter to do the same

Easy with a fire team and arc weapons

I solo'd the Nightfall up to Sepiks then some friends joined. Hardest part is defending that area with the laser grid.

I had no trouble with my Hunter Blade dancer but have fired twice trying it solo with my titan defender. Maybe I'll try striker today or find a team

I'd say its in-between difficult and easy. Me and a friend did it on our first try. We took our time and were cautious but it wasn't all that difficult really.

Solo'd half the map before my compadres jumped in - slow and methodical is how you win this one

I had the timepiece so it was a breeze.

I got a cheap-shot by the toughest enemy in the game "Error Codes" - Weasel this time Not great during the boss fight while you carry lower level clan members through it

I can't solo it myself, but with people, it's trivial.

1 ReplyOne of the easier strikes, regardless of the burn. Every single stage has a safe spot. It's only hard if you don't use those and run around in the open.

Solo-Difficult Team-Easy

It was the easiest one I've done so far. Or I guess it went smoother than any other one. We went in with two striker Titans which really helped and two of us had thunderlord dropped septis faster than ever. Switched the P&T for tank and used lightning grenades which ticked for 6k per pulse. Lucky we had arc weapons really.

Hive/Fallen - Go to "Hive Cave" and take cover at back or behind trains. Mobs wont come back there. Walker, back left, walker wont shoot you Boss is the toughest for me/us/ Stay in left room and go down/up stairs as needed. Can get tricky if adds from the drop ships go downstairs I think it is the easiest strike, and now one of the few that can be realistically solo'd

I don't see why people think its difficult, probably the easiest one there is. Even the first part. I used mostly my patience and time w/ icebreaker to refill ammo, hardly any heavy weapons.
