See, this whole post is BULLSHIT. You don't do good INDIVIDUALLY in the Iron Banner. There is NO SUCH THING. When I am doing the best on my team, I worry. Why? Because I SUCK. Know why I suck? Because I am matched with randoms because I have no friends. Today, I have played five Iron Banner matches. EVERY SINGLE GAME 4/6 people went negative. And its only the 2nd day but it seems that I'm the ONLY -blam!-ING PERSON not in a clan or party. Its so stupid that they don't have matchmaking.
MATCHMAKING is how you do well in PVP, especially Iron Banner. Yesterday? I was in a funk for 2-3 games, THEN I got on the good team. The other team RARELY broke 10K in points. And the Medallion of Iron is such a stupid concept. As if I don't feel bad enough already with you having to give me a runner's up medal to hold onto until l win. And the fact that you can carry up to FIVE means that Bungie doesn't give a shit about matchmaking. This would imply that it would be possible, nigh LIKELY, that you will could lose up to five games in a row. Statistically this should be very difficult and yet I keep losing time and again because I'm one of those people who, once again, have no friends to play online with me.
I'm just doing this -blam!-ing playlist to get the shader. That's it. At least I can look cool on my sparrow. Had to make my own legendary one with Vanguard marks and Xur's drive. Why? I've never done the raid because no matchmaking and no friends. I want to love this game so much but it does little more less than piss me off whenever I try matchmaking.
