Never said there was always a pattern. But since the last seven, 7/10 overall, have followed a pattern, it's likey to be a special this week.

Probability 101. You flip a coin 50 times, and it is heads every single time. What is the chance it will be heads the next time? Exactly 50%. The past results do not have any effect on the next flip's probability. I'm not saying every weapon he sells has the exact same chance, but if he has broken the pattern before, he very well could again. I hope this didn't go over your head, because it would for so many people.

I understand probability. I am just making a guess as to what he will have. I am using the 7 past weeks to assist in my prediction. I'm not saying it will definitely be a special. If you would like to put heavy, special, and primary onto a slips of paper and then draw one from a hat and say that is what you think he will sell, go for it. It's likely that neither of us would be right.
