Is the Vision of Confluence the best gun?

Edited by Naaaaasty: 11/19/2014 9:50:32 PMSolar damage, full auto, solid impact, amazing stability / recoil; it's pretty amazing as far as scout rifles go, arguably the best, definitively in the top 2. As far as best gun overall? Not necessarily. Many are more versatile. Just an example, SUROS is good at any range against any mob or boss in almost any situation, whereas VoC can't handle much in close quarters combat. Overall best gun is heavily debated. I personally would say Fatebringer.
