Get atheon's epilogue and an ice breaker. Max them to 300 and then a lot more people are likely to invite you to a hard raid. Double the chances of getting the final piece if you can run the hard too. Ive got a 30 warlock and had a 29 titan for weeks. Got the final piece of the raid gear doing the hard raid last night.
