Yes. Infact respect it more.
I've done the raid several times. All I ever get is weapons and materials. Anyone who has raid armor was simply blessed by the RNG. Iron banner armor actually takes work.

The raid does require work. Hard more is intense. But you could get everything your first time. Or you could be at it for weeks and get nothing. Soo many people hold up random drops as status symbols of their skill, but random drops are not tied to anything. I'm not trying to knock raid armor. I just think they're not better than Iron banner armor. Plus iron banner armor looks sooooo much cooler.

What? They both take work. IB you are just guaranteed gear. I respect people with Raid Helmets. Hard Raid is no joke.
