Anyone know what determines the flag/banner that appears behind your character on the "Legend" tab of the Bungie Destiny page? For my main, it was originally a field of stars, then when I started levelling FWC it switched to that and it hasn't changed since. My New Monarchy Rep is now rank 3 along with my FWC, but no change in the banner.
