My groups use Mars/Venus, but what is a nice little helper is once the team inside the portal is done start using Left/Right to help people reorient coming out of the portal and getting to the middle more effectively. Simply said, if team is on Mars and just kills last Oracle, the call would be something along the lines of "Time's Vengeance. Out to the left." I noticed with increased communication with something as simple as this, we lost no members in the transition periods. When using Left/Right from the start, the team coming out of the portal will need to remember to turn the opposite direction when heading back through to get to the middle platform. I could see the double use of these words being more confusing in battle.
