Edited by car15: 11/14/2014 8:07:02 PMBut we achieved nothing. Bungie enacted the fix, and the fact that it took them two months to do it shows just how highly they value their community.
I know it's pessimistic to keep harping on this, but Destiny's entire launch has been poorly managed. Customer expectations were (rightly or wrongly) not aligned with what the game actually turned out to be, which could have been easily addressed with better communication from Bungie. The forums have been neglected, which alienates Bungie's established fan base and does nothing to alleviate concerns that the company no longer has an interest in maintaining a relationship with them. Design decisions have repeatedly been implemented that go against direct fan feedback, which gives the community the impression that their input doesn't matter. The list goes on and on. Bungie needs to re-evaluate their marketing strategy.
I know, I've used your posts in my lawsuit thread.

Edited by car15: 11/14/2014 8:16:27 PMI don't think a lawsuit has any legal grounds to succeed. Bungie didn't do anything flagrant. For example, BioWare intentionally lied about the ending to Mass Effect 3 after the game had gone gold to increase sales. That was worthy of a lawsuit. Bungie have just been really vague and bad at talking about Destiny. That's disappointing and it pissed a lot of people off, but you're not going to be able to sue them over it.
I'm also not sure what Destiny's EULA says about lawsuits. If you agreed to it, you might not even be allowed to sue Bungie.
