I really like the shader list instead of slots, I agree on that one.
And personally, I think maybe there should just be different versions of the Raid gear. If you really think about it, didn't they say they wanted everyone to have the chance to be unique?
How does that happen when every single level 30 right now has 3/4 pieces of the same class gear, and an Exotic? There's no variety, and no ROOM for it either.
Plenty of room at the lower levels. But not at the top.

I know what you mean its very limited, which is part of the reason I wanted the skin/style tab, because low level gear has some really cool looking pieces and giving us the option to mix it up would help add much needed depth, I want more raid gear but chances that they would design more would seem unlikely unless they are selling it as DLC, but this little option would just add the ability for us to wear already existing armour with punishing us stat and level wise. And like you said " If you really think about it, didn't they say they wanted everyone to have the chance to be unique?" This should be their way of keeping their word.

Absolutely. I would enjoy that feature. I think having a bigger variety of gear to customize a level 30 character would be better though. Take the Titan chest for example. Buffs to Hand Cannon reload (I think, either that or ammo) and to Special Weapon ammo. I don't use Hand Cannons most of the time, and this is my only piece of Raid armor so far... so half of its abilities are useless to me? Kinda sucks. I think that's a bigger issue at 30 than the cosmetic issue, but both would be a nice fix. At least 2 pieces can be swapped out when Iron Banner rolls back in, if you can get enough rep/marks for it.

Can add those ideads, but like I said what i'm asking for is a reasonable quick fix that doesn't require so much man power, the design of raid gear would be like a DLC because of the resources need. The Iron banner gear is another reason why I want the skin/style patch, because its useless to me because of the bad stats.
