The Japanese Republic finishes training the first wave of Grand Generals, each of which can instill a sense of victory and high morale in his or her troops through sheer skill and tactical prowess. Following these new generals, the military is re-named the Japanese Expansion and Protection Force.

The Japanese Republic graciously accepts the weapons and ammunition, sending several dozen of them to R&D to reverse-engineer the technology behind these more effective guns. As a token of thanks, five Grand Generals are given to Russia.
