Me-no-tar is correct pronunciation when the term was originally conceived thousands of years ago. However Men-o-tar is now very common in typical English.
how is mini-tar winning so many trolls. how you pronounce it doesnt mean you are saying it correctly....
if its spelt minotaur ...the end Taur is pronounced Taw/Tore...like the star sign Taurus the Bull. and Taurine,,etc... and I cant think of an example in the rest of the english language where an 'O' has been pronounced as an "i". so i did what any rational person would do...googled it.

How about Ogre from the old Final Fantasy game. For the longest time as a kid I pronounced it
"Or-geh" instead of "Oh-ger".
